I seriously can't imagine our life without you. You bring me SO much joy. Everyday, you wake mommy with a sweet smile and your big blue eyes just melt my heart. I love how you sing yourself to sleep. I can't tell you how precious that is. Being a parent now, I understand what Christ's love is for us but it still doesn't even come close to how much he loves us. It's amazing to me. You are getting the CUTEST personality. You absolutely LOVE people. You are not shy to smile at anyone. You are definitely a people person. I love how everytime I grab your hand, you wrap you sweet little fingers so tightly around mine. I just can't get enough of your sweetness. I love you unconditionally and I'd do anything in the world for you.
1 Chronicles 16:34
Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever.
Tynlee is SUCH a big girl :) She has the sweetest personality! She LOVES people, especially kids. She just started giggling a lot and is VERY ticklish! She loves when you sing to her and she loves LOVES to cuddle :) This is SUCH A FUN STAGE!!! She is almost 14 lbs and is 23.5 inches long!
Tynlee and I are SO blessed to have Stephen as the "main man" in our lives! He is such a blessing to us, hardworking, loving and most importantly God fearing. The day started with me making Stephen biquits and gravy, it turned out "okay" then we headed to church then went to my inlaws for ribs :) The night before was spent with my family at my sister's house for my daddy!!
Where has the time gone!!?? We have a 4 month old, that sounds CRAZY!! She is doing great and I am just so proud of my little bug! She is pure joy to have around and a GREAT addition to our family!!! She is just so special!!
It's FINALLY Summer...not that I'm excited for the HEAT by ANY means, I am excited for the laying out, swimming, VaCaTiOnS, BBQ's, flip flops, and great family time!! I am so looking forward to putting my little girl in her adorable swimsuit and shades!! SO cute!! I dipped her feet in my inlaw's pool the other day and she LOVED it! She was just so happy kicking around :) I figured she'd love it, since she adores bathtime!
I am sitting here writing, and my sweety is taking a nap...Our life these days, pretty much consists of cleaning house, laundry, cooking, taking care of Tynlee, just vegging at home. We don't "get out" much! I prefer to stay home with Tynlee most of the time. I just enjoy our peace and quiet being able to play with her all day.
Stephen is working on growing his "bee business". (It's only his side job). It's great to see him do something he enjoys. Even though it's all me and Tynlee hear about these days, we are happy he is excited about it and doing something he loves.
We are also getting ready to start the dreaded but oh so exciting house hunting AGAIN....we hope we have better success this time in getting in a nice house cuz last time= NO SUCCESS. But I look at it as it wasn't God's will at the moment and hopefully, now it is! I can't wait to get in our own place and do whatever we want to it! Make it OUR home! We are so excited! Hoping for country but we will make OUR special home anywhere the Lord sees fit...well, NOT anywhere I guess...hahaha
We are so happy...just enjoying each day and the blessings the Lord gives us!! He is wonderful :)
She loves her bumbo, well at least for about 10 minutes...She starts to arch her back and she is ALMOST going to fall out of it! lol...she is a STRONG little girl!! She loves tummy time and rolling over!! Not from back to belly yet but belly to back...I am so proud of her!! She was 4 weeks early and doesn't seem to be behind at all...especially in the weight department! I can't wait to see how much she weighs next week at her 4 month check up!! Prolly around 14 or 15 lbs, I think!!! I love this precious gift from God :) He has truly blessed us with Tynlee as ours to raise!!!
Can you believe it??? I can't!! Basically, she is 4 months old!! Almost!!!! Boy, does she get cuter and more playful everyday! She wakes up sooooo happy and I absolutely LOVE waking up to her cooing and giggly at the fan even though it's not even moving!! She is doing this new thing when she nurses, grabbing my hair!! Love it!! So cute, right?? She is ENTHRALLED with her hands and LOVES to suck on them! Stephen and I have been noticing her drooling and sucking on her hand so I thought, great, maybe she is teething :/ Well sure enough, I am not 100% sure but it looks as though something is coming in where her "epullis" was. and it's white? So we will ask Dr. Ben next week at her 4 month check up!! I just love her to pieces! She makes my day, everyday!
Before I had Tynlee, I researched vaccinations like crazy, talked with several people, and I was for sure vaccines weren't for us!!! Well, at least till Tynlee was a year old.
When Tynlee got here, and everything happened so fast, the Hep B shot was given without my say. I understand, it's standard and I was completely "drugged", and unaware of it all. I then started researching more and more and never came to a good conclusion either way.
Still torn, I don't know what to do. I am so overwhelmed, living in constant worry. I pray constantly about my fears and worries but making these possibly life changing decisions either way for my baby, scares me. I know God will protect Tynlee but I truly feel better about a alternative vaccination schedule. Yes, Tynlee will get all her vaccines but not all of them according to the "Doctor Schedule". I am not even going the Dr. Sears way. I am doing what I think is best for my daughter. I know some people think "Oh, my baby is getting all the vaccines right when the doctor says". But honestly, of course the doctor is for vaccines, he gets paid more and he is supposed to say that as your doctor cause he doesn't want to be liable! But most moms have no idea what their children get, they just assume it's okay because millions and million of babies are vaccinated and doctors say its fine.
During my research, I have come upon several sites that are thought to link SIDS to vaccines. It's just crazy to me how the SIDS rate is highest between 2-4 months, and that's when they receive most of their vaccines. And it's ironic & truly sad, how most children who have died from SIDS, have died within 2-3 weeks of receiving their vaccines.
I have read story after story of parents who did the Dtap, Hep B, Polio, Pneommenical, HiB, & Rotavirus all in ONE visit and their children had SEVER reactions like seizures. It completely scares me.
I mean they are putting 8 different VACCINATIONS in your baby at once!! THEY ARE LIKE 16 pounds or LESS!! Come on people...they are so little and getting sooo much!! So much for their tiny precious bodies to take in at once. I am no expert, I just have strong convictions about this.
I know you are the PARENT of YOUR child and you do what you think is best. But at least get educated!!! I have no idea if these HUGE AMOUNTS OF VACCINES your baby gets each visit is linked to Autism, SIDS, Exzema, Ashma, or Allergies. But from what I've read, it has a lot to do with it.
I just have to hope and pray that my schedule is successful. I plan on having her go in every month, spreading out shots every 4 weeks where she will only get one vaccine/virus each visit so her little body has time to adjust and take it in. It seems logical to me. Even though she will be poked more than usually, it's LESS at once which I feel completely confident in!
Now, I spoke my mind. And I pray the Lord's hand on my sweet baby while we endure this and do what we feel is best...after MUCH MUCH MUCH prayer...our life source :)
RESEARCH & PRAY MOMMIES! Please!!! Don't just trust the "expert doctors".
Tynlee turned 15 weeks old on Saturday! This girl smiles SOOOO much and we absolutely are loving it!!! She is so easy to make smile :) What a beauty she truly is! She is definitely packing on the pounds!! I can tell because her thighs, arms and even the back of her neck, have ROLLS!! Her eyelashes are beyond beautiful, soooo long!! She is such a good girl :)
